Temporary Bus Stop Information * Updated hourly.
Due to flooding and road damage across Seminole County, several stops have been moved beginning Monday, 9/18/17, for the safety of our students. If you live in the affected areas, please check the spreadsheet to see if your stop has been moved. All stops that are not listed will remain at the current location. Our staff will continue to evaluate roads and stops throughout the weekend.
It is the mission of Transportation Services to provide all students with safe, efficient, and effective transportation to and from school.
Transportation Services transports approximately 32,000 students to and from school daily on 345 established routes. School bus service is provided to approximately 47% of the students that attend Seminole County Public Schools and travel about 8 million miles annually.
In addition, Transportation Services provided approximately 8,500 field trips to our school system last year. Transporting that many students requires a large team. Transportation Services employees 600 team members consisting of drivers, monitors, mechanics, clerical staff, and administrators.
