Florida has a very broad public records law. As a result, any written communication created or received by Seminole County Public Schools (SCPS) officials and employees will be made available to the public and media, upon request, unless otherwise exempt. If you do not want your comment and subsequent identifying information released in response to a public-records request, do not comment. Under Florida law, email addresses are public records. If you do not want your email address released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to an SCPS work location or employee.
The purpose of this site is to disseminate information on specific Seminole County Public Schools topics. It is not intended to be a public forum. Comments posted to this Web site will be monitored.
