Partners in Education (PIE) is a broad-based program which promotes business involvement in our schools. It is an exchange of human resources between a business and a school involving internships, tutoring, classroom presentations, job shadowing, student and or teacher recognition, field trips, student work displays, student competition judging, apprenticeships, or a customized program designed by a company and the partner school. The focus of this program is to create ongoing connections and relationships with partners who can share their experience and resources with our students. As well as providing our students with access to more opportunities that support their social and physical growth throughout the educational process.

Adopt a school:
The Adopt-a-School Program is a Seminole County Public Schools initiative launched in 2017 by the office of Community Involvement. This program provides a structured pathway for partnership between Seminole County Public Schools and our Community of Supporters. This program is intended for corporate and community organizations interested in building relationships with schools that supports student success for a minimum of one academic year. During this collaboration, partners and schools will work together to determine how to best connect collaborate resources and interests with the school's unique needs. This relationship is a joint effort led by the school and partner, and supported by the SCPS office of Community Involvement.
A District Partnership:
A district partnership is a mutually beneficial relationship between a business and the school district. Examples of district partnerships are sponsoring district events (Teacher of the Year, Employee of the Year, etc.), hosting events at the ESC office and sponsoring back to school drives. This partnership is a win-win situation for both parties. In addition to enhanced goodwill, a district partner frequently will have a stronger presence in the community.
