Joint Statement between the School Board of Seminole County, the Seminole Educational Clerical Association, Inc. and the Non-Instructional Personnel of Seminole County Board of Public Instruction Association, Inc.

In the spirit of cooperation, the School Board of Seminole County and the Seminole Educational Clerical Association, Inc. and the Non-Instructional Personnel of Seminole County Board of Public Instruction Association, Inc. are pleased to announce that the parties have tentatively agreed to contract language and compensation.

  • All current SECA and NIPSCO employees will receive a $1.00 per hour raise that will be retroactive to July 1, 2021.

    SECA employees percentage increase will range from 2.65% to 8.70%

    NIPSCO employees percentage increase will range from 3.19% to 9.20%
     
  • All current SECA and NIPSCO employees will receive a one-time supplement based on the following years of experience:
