Joint Statement between the School Board of Seminole County and the

Seminole Education Association, Inc.

In the spirit of cooperation, the School Board of Seminole County and the Seminole Education Association, Inc. are pleased to announce that the parties have tentatively agreed to contract language and compensation.

  • Recurring salary increase for the 2021-2022 school year as follows (retro payments to the beginning of the school year):
    Highly Effective - $304.27

Effective - $248.95

Grandfather - $248.95

  • Increase the beginning teacher salary and all teacher salaries to a minimum of $47,500.00 (retro payments to the beginning of the school year)
  • All teachers at Title I served schools will receive a $100.00 Supplement
  • For the 2021-2022 school year, eligible employees will receive an experience supplement as follows:
