University of Central Florida Dual Enrollment/Early Admission
UCF generates a UCF Early Admission/Dual Enrollment Authorization Form, which is completed by the student, high school, and parent or guardian.
-
The form contains the course information for the student and is returned to UCF Undergraduate Admissions upon completion. Instructional Resources has limited involvement in the process of completing the UCF Early Admission/Dual Enrollment Authorization Form.
-
The student picks up the materials at the UCF Bookstore.
-
The signed UCF Early Admission/Dual Enrollment Authorization Form will be returned to Instructional Resources with an invoice for payment.
-
The student names, schools, and costs are added to a SCPS/Instructional Resources database for tracking.
-
At the end of the school term, or if a class schedule is changed, the student returns all instructional materials (textbooks) to the high school identifying themselves as a UCF dual enrollment/early admissions student.
-
The high school textbook manager or school designated staff member contacts the district Instructional Materials manager to arrange a pick-up of returned dual enrollment/early admissions materials to the district.
