Daughters of the American Revolution Scholarships All Students, varies Each year the DAR awards over $150,000 through more than 25 scholarships to graduating high school seniors, college, and graduate students in a wide range of disciplines including history, law, medical, nursing, music, education and many more. Arts for Life! Scholarship All Students, $1000 Arts for Life! annually awards a one-time $1,000 scholarship to 25 graduating high school seniors who demonstrate excellence in creative writing, dance, drama, music or the visual arts. Launched by former First Lady Columba Bush in 1999, the program has awarded scholarships to more than 525 gifted high school seniors. 02/01/2021 Link
Support Our Scholars All Students, $10,000 Support Our Scholars is a nonprofit organization that helps disadvantaged young women with extraordinary potential to attend college. Our organization selects high school seniors with exceptional academic achievement and mentors them throughout their four years of college and beyond. Each Scholar chosen receives · A Trained Mentor · A Support Team of Business Women for Contacts and Internships · Complete Dorm Room Provisions · New Laptop Computer · $10,000 Stipend (paid in increments - $1,250/semester). LIONS CLUBS DISTRICT 35 O YOUTH EXCHANGE SCHOLARSHIP All Students, $1000 This Scholarship was created by the Lions Clubs of District 35 0 to establish a suitable Memorial to commemorate the untimely death of Paivi Harittu, from Paimio, Finland. Miss Harittu, a Youth Exchange student traveling under the auspices of Lions Clubs International Youth Exchange Program, lost her life in a tragic automobile accident in Orlando on the evening of July 4, 1983. Coca-Cola Scholars Program Scholarship All Students, varies The Coca-Cola Scholars Program scholarship is an achievement-based scholarship awarded to graduating high school seniors. Students are recognized for their capacity to lead and serve, as well as their commitment to making a significant impact on their schools and communities. With the 32nd class in 2020, the Foundation has provided over 6,300 Coca-Cola Scholars with more than $72 million in educational support. 150 Coca-Cola Scholars are selected each year to receive this $20,000 scholarship. 2020 DAR Good Citizens Awards and Scholarship Contest All Students, varies

The DAR Good Citizens Award and Scholarship Contest is intended to encourage and reward the qualities of good citizenship.

This award recognizes and rewards individuals who possess good citizenship qualities of dependability, service, leadership and patriotism in their homes, schools and communities.  These students are selected because they demonstrate these qualities to an outstanding degree.

  • This program is only open to high school seniors whose schools are accredited by their state board of education.
  • Only one stunt per year may be honored as a school's DAR Good Citizen.
  • United States citizenship is not required.
  • Additional rules and guidelines can be acquired by contacting your local DAR chapter.  Please see your school counselor for more information.
