The Help Desk

The Help Desk is currently experiencing high call volumes. Wait times for some customers may be in excess of 1 hour. Please stay on the line and a SCPS representative will be with you as soon as possible.
Resetting My Child’s Password
Click Parental Student Password Reset to reset your child’s password.
Parents must have their email address attached to the student’s record in Skyward. If your email address is not in Skyward and you have a FamilyAccess account, then please add your email address in FamilyAccess prior to resetting your child’s password.
If you do not have a FamilyAccess account or are unable to update your email address in FamilyAccess, please contact your school. A school representative will be able to assist in updating your child’s Skyward account with your email address. You may also contact your child’s teacher to have their password reset.
Free Access to Spectrum Broadband & Wi-Fi
During this unprecedented situation Charter Communications will offer FREE Spectrum broadband and Wi-Fi access for 60 days to households with K-12 and/or college students, as well as teachers who do not already have a Spectrum broadband subscription at any service level up to 100 Mbps. To enroll call 1-844-488-8395. Installation fees will be waived for new student households.
In addition, Charter will open its Wi-Fi hotspots across our footprint for public use.
SCPS Laptop Exchange Program
SCPS began the Laptop Exchange Program the week of March 30, 2020, to support Distance Learning. SCPS laptops that were checked out and are not working can be exchanged at the student’s school of attendance. Students should save all of their work in OneDrive or on an external drive. Documents saved on the nonfunctioning laptop will not be recovered during the exchange process. View the SCPS Laptop Exchange Program update for more information.
