SCPS job vacancies; resume submission; and employee demographic, benefits, and paycheck information can be accessed through the new, online Employee Self Service (ESS) application.
Check it out today by selecting “(ESS) Employee Self Service” under the “Employee Systems” drop down list in the left hand menu. Enter your Employee ID number as your User ID. Next, enter your Social Security number (without dashes) as your Password for the first time logging into ESS. Click “Sign In,” and you will be required to reset your Password. Follow the prompts to create a new Password. Once this has been done, you will be asked to enter your User ID (Employee ID number) and your newly created Password. This security feature will allow you to enter Employee Self Service and gain access to your personal information.
