WINNER to be named on March 14, 2013

Seminole County Public Schools has recognized 70 School-Related Employees of the Year. These honorees represent elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, charter schools, special centers, the Educational Support Center, Facilities Services and Transportation Services. Out of this group of outstanding support personnel, three have been chosen as finalists for the 2013 Seminole County School- Related Employee of the Year.

SUSANNE FORCE is a Specialist I within the Employee and Governmental Relations Department at the Educational Support Center where she has been for 3 of her 9 years in the district.

IVETTE GARCIA is an Executive Secretary within the department of Exceptional Student Support Services, where she has been for 7 of her 17 years in the district.

SUMMER SALA has been in the district for 3 years, and represents Jackson Heights Middle School in her position of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Paraprofessional.

These three finalists, along with all other School-Related Employees of the Year, will be honored at the Annual School-Related Employee of the Year Recognition Program at Winter Springs High School to be held on Thursday, March 14, 2013. The reception will begin at 4:30 PM followed by the recognition program at 6:00 PM. The Seminole County Public Schools 2013 School-Related Employee’s name will be announced during the program!
